In a small town in the north of Bolivia on the Beni River, located within the province of José Ballivián, without access to a grid power, many families in El Tigre rely on gas lamps, candles, or even car batteries to charge electronics and light up their homes and schools.
A crew of seven employees and ambassadors, Mike and Liliana Libecki, traveled to El Tigre with the goal of completing solar kit installs at the village school over the course of several days. In partnership with Dell Technologies, the Joyineering Fund, and Choice Bolivia, we equipped village schools with solar panels, power stations, LED lights, and Dell Laptops for the children to learn computer literacy.
